Thank you for visiting the City of Fremont’s Water Billing Office webpage. We provide water and/or sewer service to nearly 10,000 homes and businesses in Fremont, Ballville and Sandusky Townships. We bill monthly and you can expect to have your bill by the 10th of every month. The current billing due date is the 25th of each month.
Services
Paying your bill: Payments may be made at the office. Drive through and 24 hour drop box is located on the north side of the building. Cash, check, credit and debit cards are accepted for payment.
E-Statements

Pay Online
To make a fast and easy one-time or recurring payment using an echeck or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express) you can access the city’s bill pay portal at https://fremontohio.
Pay By Mail
Make a payment by mail with a personal check or money order, made payable to City of Fremont UBO. Write your account number on your check and mail your check and remittance slip in the envelope provided to:

Make a payment with our automated system by calling 888-385-5215. Please have your credit/debit card ready when you call. You will need your Acct# and CID#.
Both our office and drive-thru are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; excluding holidays. REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR ENTIRE BILL WHEN PAYING IN PERSON.
