The Board of Control of the City of Fremont, Ohio, will receive sealed bids, according to law, in the office of the Safety Service Director until 9:00 a.m., local time, November 24, 2020 for the purpose of receiving bids for 2021 Water & Sewer Maintenance Supplies.
Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Safety Service Director, 323 South Front Street, Fremont, Ohio 43420 or on the City of Fremont’s website at www.fremontohio.org.
Each bidder will seal bid(s), containing the full name of each person or company interested, in an envelope clearly marked 2021 WATER & SEWER MAINTENANCE SUPPLIES.
The bids will be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of $50.00. If the bid is rejected, the check or bid bond will be returned with notice. On bids accepted, the check or bid bond will be returned upon completion of signed contracts.
The right is reserved, by the Safety Service Director of the City of Fremont, Ohio, to reject any or all bids, and to waive technical defects, irregularities and informalities as the interest of the City may require.
