Fremont City Council will be holding a special City Council meeting on Monday, June 12th. The meeting will begin at 5:00 pm and will be held in Council Chambers located at 323 South Front Street.
The following will be the agenda items:
1. First reading of a resolution authorizing the Mayor to file an application for submission to the Ohio Development Services Agency for fiscal year 2023 Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) Program, and declaring an emergency
2. First reading of a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute and adopt a Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan, and declaring an emergency
3. First reading of an ordinance amending appropriations with General Fund 101 and, declaring an emergency
4. First reading of an ordinance to authorize the expenditure and direct both the Mayor and Safety Service Director to enter into an amendment to the contract with The Lathrop Company for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in an amount not to exceed $1,289,799.00 for the Downtown Amphitheater Project and declaring an emergency.
